It doesn't do . . . anything, really
It makes me sad that all these people are attributing their weight loss to a drug when they're really the ones doing all the work. If you look at the science behind this, the drug only blocks about 100 calories if you're adhering to the required diet (which is necessary). It's sticking to the diet that's yielding all these results, and all these people are doing that all by themselves. Perhaps the threat of having gastric distress adds additional motivation to stay on the diet, but any one of them could have done that without this pill.
The drug doesn't even claim to increase your metabolism, or prevent storage. All it does is block 25% of the 45 grams of fat that you're allowed each day. That is literally 101.25 calories, about as much as you'll get from a single slice of cheese. That in itself can't double the weight loss results. The people using Alli are doing all the work and giving the pill all the credit.

Really Works!
This plan works great. As long as you follow the diet and exercise guidelines, you will EASILY meet your weight loss goals! I lost weight even while i missed time at the gym due to surgery! Great Product
I have been using this product since August of this year. I asked my doctor to recommend something and Alli is what he wrote on his pad and handed it to me. He said it was the best product on the market and he liked it because it was the safest. I have lost 43 pounds so far. I am looking and feeling great. The price was a little steep but Amazon's price knocked off a big chunk and made it affordable for me. I am well on my way to my goal of loosing 91 pounds and loving every minute of it thanks to Alli and Amazon.

Attained Weight Loss
I have been using Alli for about 6 months now and have lost about 20 pounds. Before I started using it I consulted with my doctor to make sure it would not interact with any of the medicine I was taking.

Alli really works!!
I have been taking Alli for a couple of months and it does work without any doubts, and as a by product it trains one to eat a low fat diet(within reason) if you eat to much fat you get a loose bowel movement with liquid fat, so that gives you a sense of what kind of food is high fat or low fat and how much you can eat without the extra loose bowel movements, My fat belly is almost gone, i have not added any exercise routine, i kinda watch what i eat and how much...kinda...i have dropped 20 Lbs, Alli really does work.
